Terms of Service

1 Agreement to Terms

By registering for or using Bookzi Cloud ERP ("Service"), a cloud-based accounting platform provided by Bookzi Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the Service.

2 User Accounts & Security

To use Bookzi, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• All activities, data entries, and transactions conducted under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

3 Subscriptions & Payments

Billing Cycles & Fees

Bookzi is offered on a subscription basis (monthly, bi-annual, or annual plans). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring cycle based on the plan selected.

Taxes

All pricing listed is subject to applicable Indian statutory taxes (e.g., CGST, SGST, IGST) which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our standard Refund Policy. A 7-day money-back guarantee is available for first-time purchases under eligible conditions.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to abuse or misuse the Service. Specifically, you shall not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful activities, including tax evasion, money laundering, or fraudulent accounting.
• Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal the source code of Bookzi.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service's databases or cloud infrastructure.
• Upload any malicious code, viruses, or software agents to the platform.

5 Data Privacy & Security

We take data security very seriously. Your company data, including customer profiles, ledgers, and inventory lists, belongs entirely to you. Our processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its logo, user interface design, visual assets, software, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of Bookzi Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business operations during your subscription term.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookzi Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, financial penalties, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your data will be retained in a read-only state for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our servers.

9 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
