• Usage & Device Details: IP addresses, browser types, log files, and device identifiers collected through cookies and tracking pixels.

2 How We Use Your Information

We process your personal and business data for the following purposes:

• To provision, maintain, and secure your specific tenant workspace database.
• To generate automated financial statements, reports, and tax compliance filings (GSTR-1, 3B).
• To process billing payments, invoices, and subscriptions.
• To send you transactional system updates, OTP verifications, and onboarding notices.

3 Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your company data or personal information. We may share data only with trusted partners under these circumstances:

• Service Providers: Payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, PhonePe) and cloud infrastructure hosting providers (e.g. AWS).
• Compliance & Legal: If required by law, regulation, or court order in connection with legal proceedings.
• Explicit Consent: When you authorize a third-party app integration (like Tally Prime sync tools) to access your workspace.

4 Data Security & Storage

Your business records are stored on secure cloud database servers. We employ industry-standard security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or exposure of your data, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transit.
• Encrypted storage of credentials and sensitive bank fields.
• Separate, isolated databases for each company tenant to prevent cross-leakage.
• Automatic daily backups stored across redundant cloud locations.

5 Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription or your account expires:

• Your data is held in a secure, read-only state for 30 days.
• After the 30-day grace period, all databases, customer records, and tax files related to your tenant account are **permanently deleted** from our live systems.

6 Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your data. At any time, you can:

• Update or edit your profile and company details in the Control Center.
• Export any ledger, voucher journal, or inventory sheet to Excel/PDF format.
• Delete specific companies or business profiles from your account settings.
• Request permanent account deletion by emailing our support desk.

7 Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended strictly for business entities and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal details from children under the age of 18.

8 Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of the policy page. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly to stay informed about how we safeguard your information.
