Refund Policy
Clear, fair, and transparent refund terms for all Bookzi subscriptions.

1 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
✓ Full Refund within 7 Days — If you are not satisfied with Bookzi within the first 7 calendar days of your subscription, we will issue a 100% refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility Conditions
- Refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
- Account must have fewer than 10 transactions/vouchers created.
- The plan must not have been purchased using a promotional coupon or discount code.
- Applies to first-time purchases only (not applicable on renewals or upgrades).
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
2 No Refund After 7 Days
After the 7-day guarantee period has passed, no refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind or decision to stop using the software.
- Business closure or restructuring.
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
- Switching to a competitor's product.
⚠ Please Note: As Bookzi is a digital SaaS product, access to the platform and its features is granted immediately upon payment. This follows the standard practice in the software industry.
You may continue using the service until your subscription period ends, even after cancellation.
3 Annual Plan Cancellation
If you have purchased an annual subscription and wish to cancel before the plan expires:
- No cash refund will be issued for unused months.
- Your account will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.
- You may receive an account credit for the remaining period, which can be applied toward a future plan or renewal.
Account credits are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
4 Payment Errors & Double Charges
Double Charge / Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical or payment gateway error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 3–5 working days.
To report a duplicate payment, email us at info@bookziclouderp.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID(s) from your bank or UPI app
- Screenshot of the charge(s)
Payment Failed but Amount Deducted
If your bank account was debited but your Bookzi subscription was not activated:
- In most cases, the amount is automatically reversed within 48–72 hours.
- If not resolved, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
- We will investigate and initiate a refund if the payment was genuinely captured on our end.
5 Service Downtime Credits
We are committed to maintaining high service availability. In the event of unplanned downtime:
- Under 4 hours: No compensation (routine maintenance window).
- 4 to 24 hours: 1 additional day added to your subscription.
- 24 to 48 hours: Proportional days added (e.g., 2 days downtime = 2 free days).
- Over 48 hours: We will review on a case-by-case basis and may issue a proportional credit.
ℹ Note: Credits are added to your account as extended subscription days — not as cash refunds. Scheduled maintenance periods announced in advance are not eligible for credits.
6 Plan Changes
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan mid-cycle, you will only be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining days of your billing period. No overpayment or refund involved.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- The price difference is not refunded in cash.
- An account credit may be issued for the remaining value, applicable to future invoices.
7 Account Cancellation & Data Policy
When you cancel your subscription or close your account:
- Your account remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- After expiry, your data is retained for 30 days in a read-only state.
- After 30 days, all your data (companies, vouchers, ledgers, reports) is permanently deleted.
- We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancellation.
⚠ Important: Bookzi is not responsible for any data loss after the 30-day retention window. Please export your data using the built-in export tools before your account expires.
8 Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for any refund or credit:
- Subscriptions purchased using a coupon, discount, or promotional offer.
- Free trial accounts or plan upgrades done within a trial period.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window (except for payment errors).
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle (renewal charges are non-refundable).
- Third-party integration or add-on service fees, if applicable.
9 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@bookziclouderp.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]"
- Include your Order ID or Transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
